Here is my version of Italian Wedding Soup.
Make chicken broth from scratch with organic chicken. Cook until chicken falls apart, pick through meat and add back to broth. Make meatballs with 1 pound ground turkey, 2 pounds Italian Sausage, add spices. Form into small meatballs. Cook in a 350 degree oven until browned. Add them to the soup. Add sliced carrots and baby spinach. Serve! YUM!
