Grilled Orange marinated pork loin with mango cucumber salsa. 
 
Mango-Cucumber Salsa
  • 1 cup mangoe, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup each red & green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, rough chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp  Bragg organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste  
  • Mix together and chill a couple of hours. 


Theses a chop under there somewhere!
