Grilled salmon bowl

It's What's for lunch.
Marinate a piece of salmon in coconut aminos.  Put together a bowl of greens. Line around the edges with grated carrot, chopped cucumber, sprouts Avocado and 2 pieces of toasted Nori seaweed wraps, cut up. Pour a mix of Aminos sesame oil, vinegar and chopped fresh ginger over it all. Top with salmon and Wasabi sauce. Enjoy!
